漫禾漫画用户协议

本用户协议（以下简称“协议”）规范您对漫禾漫画应用程序（以下简称“本应用”）的使用。访问或使用本应用即表示您同意受本协议条款的约束。
1. 接受条款
通过注册或使用漫禾漫画，您确认您至少年满13岁（或您所在司法管辖区的法定成年年龄），并同意本协议的条款。
2. 应用使用
- 允许的使用：您可以使用本应用阅读漫画、下载内容供个人使用，以及使用书签、智能推荐等功能。
- 禁止的使用：您不得未经许可复制、分发或修改内容，不得将本应用用于非法活动，或尝试对应用进行逆向工程。
3. 账户责任
- 保护您的登录凭证安全，不得与他人共享。
- 您对账户下发生的所有活动负责。
- 如发现未经授权的账户访问，请立即通过 heman39794@hotmail.com 通知我们。
4. 知识产权
本应用中的所有漫画内容、应用设计和商标均由漫禾漫画或其许可方所有。您仅被授予用于个人用途的有限、非独占许可。
5. 订阅与支付
- 高级订阅可解锁独家内容。
- 支付由第三方支付服务提供商处理，除非另有说明，所有销售均为最终销售。
- 订阅条款在应用内的订阅部分详细说明。
6. 终止
如您违反本协议，我们可能暂停或终止您的账户，并通过注册邮箱通知您。
7. 责任限制
漫禾漫画按“现状”提供。我们不对因使用本应用而导致的损害（包括数据丢失或服务中断）承担责任，法律允许的范围内适用。
8. 适用法律
本协议受[插入司法管辖区，例如中华人民共和国]法律管辖，不适用冲突法原则。
9. 协议更新
我们可能定期更新本协议。更改将在应用内发布，继续使用即表示您接受更新后的条款。

Manhe Comics User Agreement
Effective Date: August 3, 2025
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs your use of the Manhe Comics application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
- Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Manhe Comics, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to the terms of this Agreement. - App Use
Permitted Uses: You may use the App to read comics, download content for personal use, and use features such as bookmarks and smart recommendations.
Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, distribute, or modify content without permission, use the App for illegal activities, or attempt to reverse engineer the App. - Account Responsibility
Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with others.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you discover unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately at heman39794@hotmail.com. - Intellectual Property
All comic content, app design, and trademarks in this app are owned by Manhe Comics or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only. - Subscriptions and Payments
Premium subscriptions unlock exclusive content.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Subscription terms are detailed in the Subscription section within the app. - Termination
If you violate this Agreement, we may suspend or terminate your account and notify you via your registered email address. - Limitation of Liability
Manhe Comics is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for damages (including data loss or service interruptions) arising from the use of this app, to the extent permitted by law. - Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction, e.g., the People’s Republic of China], without regard to conflict of law principles. - Agreement Updates
We may update this Agreement periodically. Changes will be posted within the app. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. - Contact Us
