Subscription Service
Service Description: The Offline Music Player App offers the following optional subscriptions:
Premium Features (as described in detail)
Subscription Period: Monthly/Annual
Price is as displayed on the App Store at the time of purchase.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription within 24 hours before the end of the trial period, unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.
Payment and Billing
Payment Processing: All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store; we do not have access to your payment information.
Subscription Management: Subscription renewal management must be done in your Apple ID account settings:
Path: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
Turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. Price adjustments will take effect with your next renewal, and you will be notified in advance.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation Right: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time during the current subscription period.
Refund Request: All refund requests must be submitted through official Apple channels; we cannot process refunds directly.
Purchased Content: If you encounter technical issues preventing you from using premium features after purchase, please contact us at fengezhao@hotmail.com for support.
Subscription Terms
Account Linking: This purchase is linked to a specific Apple ID and cannot be transferred between different accounts.
Family Sharing: Whether Family Sharing is supported depends on Apple’s sharing policy and our feature settings.
Termination of Service: If we terminate the app service, we will refund the unused subscription fee proportionally.
